Grilled Bok Choy

Grilled Bok ChoyI’ve mentioned before that I like Bok Choy, so when I saw a recipe for Grilled Baby Bok Choy I knew I had to try it.  I first saw this on the DadCooksDinner blog, but his had a Southwest flair to it and I was looking for something to complement an Asian influenced dinner.  Reading the recipe closely, I noticed he had adopted it from a Martha Stewart one that had the Asian flavors I was looking for.

I went with Martha’s original version, and have to say that we all really liked this dish.  There are a few reasons this is a keeper:

  • It was easy to throw on the grill at the very end, cooking as the meat I took off rested.
  • The marinade gave it a nice light flavor.
  • The plate appeal of the finished dish is high, and
  • It was slightly unusual, which helps to keep me (and my family) from getting bored.

Highly recommend this one!
