Here is an idea for you: skip going out for Valentine’s dinner and make this great, yet simple, Honey-Pepper Roasted Shrimp with Green Beans and Olives. Pair this with a nice salad, some rice, a bottle of white wine and you have a meal worthy of any restaurant.
To prepare this simply roast some green beans and olives in a honey & red pepper dressing for 20 minutes and then add the shrimp for an additional 5 and you’re done. The hard part of this dish – if you can call it that – is to prep the shrimp. If you are especially lazy (or efficient) buy the shrimp already peeled (and the green beans already trimmed for that matter) and you can have this on the table in half an hour.
